Smaller, upscale hotels located both within the Athens and Thessaloniki market, as well as in key locations on the Greek islands and the Peloponnese. These hotels are either turn-key or properties for renovation. Long-term lease options are also common in such properties, from both foreign and local operators.

Resorts

Resort hotels, in high-traffic tourist destinations including but not limited to Rhodes, Crete, Kos, Corfu, Zakynthos, Evoia, Chalkidiki and the Peloponnese. These hotels are large units, can be either all-inclusive or a-la-carte and either turn-key or properties for renovation or further development/expansion. They normally have a much wider range of facilities than boutique hotels, including kids and athletic facilities, multiple restaurants and bars, multiple pools, as well as higher usage rates from guests (time on property).  Long-term lease options are also common in such properties.

Land Plots for Development

The Potential Group features a portfolio of land plots in high-traffic tourist locations throughout Greece which can be purchased by potential developers. Through our partner Aenaon, we can advise the developers to receive the maximum benefit from Greek and European government grants, subsidies and low-interest loans which have been earmarked for hospitality development projects.

Closed Properties – Opportunity for Renovation

These include resorts that are currently closed but have successfully operated in the past and are in need of partial or full renovations. Government grants, subsidies and low-interest loans are also available for the development of these properties, including their purchase if the property has been closed and inoperable for over 3 years time.
